Love Island USA fans now have a rare chance to watch the Season 8 reunion in person without spending a dime. The hit Peacock dating show is opening its doors to the public for the first time in years, offering free tickets to three separate taping events in Universal City, Los Angeles.
For the past two seasons, the reunion was filmed in New York on a closed set with no audience. This year, producers are changing things up by inviting fans to watch the drama unfold live as the cast gathers to revisit one of the most talked-about seasons of the reality series.
Season 8 delivered six weeks of unforgettable moments from the Fijian villa, including chaotic recouplings, shocking departures, and intense drama both on and off screen. Now, with the reunion approaching, the show is giving its most devoted followers a chance to be part of the action.
Free Tickets Available for Three Different Events
Fans can apply for free tickets to three separate events surrounding the Season 8 reunion. The first opportunity takes place on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. PT. This event allows fans to watch the cast arrivals outside the studio in Universal City. Attendees can cheer for their favorite Islanders as they walk the red carpet and enter the building.
The main reunion taping will happen on Monday, August 10, 2026, in two parts. The morning taping for part one begins at 9 a.m. PT, and the afternoon taping for part two starts at 2 p.m. PT. Both studio sessions are expected to run for approximately six hours.
All three events are completely free to attend. However, seats are limited, and applying does not guarantee selection.
How Fans Can Apply for Tickets
Those interested in attending can apply through the OS | LA Productions casting website. The application process requires fans to fill out the necessary forms and choose which of the three events they want to attend.
Each person must apply individually. Selected applicants will receive an email with an electronic ticket approximately two to three days before the show. Fans who are chosen must be at least 18 years old to attend. They are also expected to stay for the entire taping if selected.
For viewers who cannot make it to Los Angeles, the full reunion episode will stream on Peacock on Monday, August 31, 2026, at 6 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. ET.
Hosts and Cast Set for the Reunion
Emmy nominee Ariana Madix and Bravo veteran Andy Cohen will return as co-hosts for the Season 8 reunion. The duo previously hosted last year’s reunion and are expected to guide the cast through relationship updates, behind-the-scenes revelations, and unresolved conflicts from the villa.
The official cast list for the reunion has not been announced yet. However, based on previous seasons, the final four couples are expected to take the stage. Most bombshells and original cast members also typically return for the filming, unless they were removed from the villa for reasons other than being dumped.
Bryce Alakai Dettloff and Trinity Tatum were crowned the winners of Season 8, taking home a $100,000 cash prize. The couple coupled up on day one and built their connection throughout the six-week season. The other finalists included Aniya Harvey and Carl Lee Schmidt in second place, Melanie Moreno and Sincere Rhea in third, and Kayda Bosse and Zach Georgiou in fourth.
