The hit K-drama Our Unwritten Seoul continues with episodes 3 and 4 this weekend, promising more twists in the lives of twin sisters Yoo Mi Ji and Yoo Mi Rae. Played by Park Bo Young, the twins swapped identities after Mi Rae faced severe workplace bullying. Now, Mi Ji lives as her sister in Seoul, while Mi Rae takes on her sister’s rural life.
In the upcoming episodes, Ryu Kyung Soo’s character, Han Se Jin, will rescue Mi Rae from an awkward encounter. The drama airs on tvN every Saturday and Sunday at 9:20 PM KST (5:50 PM IST / 8:20 AM EST) and streams globally on Netflix.
What Happens in Episodes 3-4?
The new episodes will focus on Yoo Mi Rae (disguised as Mi Ji) struggling to adapt to her sister’s life. In one scene, Moon Dong Hyeok’s character, Song Gyeong Gu—Mi Ji’s ex-boyfriend—offers her a ride to work. Thinking she is Mi Ji, he nearly removes his shirt to show a new tattoo, shocking Mi Rae.
“She mistakes the tattoo for a rat, while the real Mi Ji would have recognized it as his late pet hamster,” reveals a source close to the production. This slip-up could expose the twins’ secret.
Han Se Jin steps in when Gyeong Gu insists on picking her up after work. Their confrontation hints at a brewing love triangle, with Se Jin growing protective of Mi Rae.
Fan Reactions to the First Two Episodes
The drama’s debut episodes scored high ratings, with 5.049% nationwide viewership for episode 2. Fans praised Park Bo Young’s dual performance:
“Park Bo Young’s acting as both twins is incredible. You forget it’s the same person!”
“The emotional depth in episode 1 was amazing. Can’t wait to see more of Mi Rae’s journey.”
