Rakul Preet Singh in talks for Ramayana
According to Pinkvilla, Rakul is in the final stages of negotiation with Nitesh Tiwari and his team to play the role of Shurpanakha, the sister of Ravaan, in Ramayana. Shurpanakha is a key character in the story, as her encounter with Lord Ram and Lakshman triggers the conflict between Ram and Ravaan.

She has done some look tests for the role and she is very excited to be a part of this epic project. She considers this as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and is ready to give her best for it,” a source close to the development told us.
