The Story So Far and What’s Next
The series follows Frank Remnick, a U.S. Marshal in Alaska, whose quiet jurisdiction is shattered when a prison transport plane crashes, releasing dangerous convicts. The most dangerous escapee is Levi ‘Havlock’ Hartman, a former CIA agent with a complex plan. In Episode 4, the search for Havlock was sidetracked when two other convicts killed a state trooper. While Frank and CIA agent Sidney Scofield pursued them, Havlock connected with a Russian spy named Armen, who originally stole the classified files known as Archive 6. The episode ended with both Frank and Havlock racing to find a courier who possesses the valuable archive.

Frank focuses on tracking down Luke. The CIA’s involvement ramps up as Havlock’s plan enters a new phase.
This indicates a significant turn in the story. After episodes focused on the community-wide threat and the pursuit of Havlock, Frank’s personal dilemma as a father takes center stage. His son, Luke, was last seen with his girlfriend, Kira, and the dangerous convict Isaac Romero. At the end of Episode 4, Luke bravely told Kira to escape, leaving him alone with Romero. Frank and his wife Sarah’s search for their son will now become a primary driver of the plot. Meanwhile, CIA agent Sidney Scofield’s mission to stop her ex-husband, Havlock, is set to become more intense, promising increased conflict and action.

Jason Clarke leads the cast as Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Frank Remnick. He is supported by an ensemble cast that includes Dominic Cooper as the cunning fugitive Levi ‘Havlock’ Hartman and Haley Bennett as CIA agent Sidney Scofield. The cast also features Simone Kessell as Frank’s wife, Sarah Remnick, and Tait Blum as their son, Luke. Alfre Woodard plays Jacqueline Bradford, a senior CIA official.
