Shahneel did not name Parul directly at first. But she pointed out that one contestant would wake up every morning with a “gut feeling” about who the traitor was. And that guess would turn out to be correct every single time.
“Every morning, I have a gut feeling this person is a traitor. Where does this gut feeling come from? I also wanted it. I also wanted such a gut feeling. And boom, it’s correct. We genuinely thought that we were witnessing some crazy sixth-sense intuition. Turns out the gut had a source.”
Shahneel expressed her disappointment, saying that the traitors ended up being the only ones playing a fair game while the innocents who played honestly were at a disadvantage.
Krystle D’Souza Backs the Allegations and Calls It Unfair
Soon after Shahneel’s video went viral, Krystle D’Souza, who was also a traitor on the show, shared her own video supporting the claims. She said she was shocked and furious after learning about the alleged information leak.
Krystle questioned how Parul could identify traitors without giving any valid reasons. She recalled a specific incident when Parul suspected her of being a traitor before she had even reached the breakfast table. “It is so unfair on the rest of the 20 contestants, the innocents who want to use their brains to play the game and catch the traitors, and the traitors who are trying to survive and play their game. To find out that a shadow and a contestant were discussing who the traitor is, I just cannot understand it.”
Krystle also pointed out that Parul had put her business and her entire reputation on the line based on a “gut feeling.” Parul had famously said she would shut down her company Nish Hair if her guess about Harman turned out to be wrong. Krystle said this level of confidence now made sense if Parul had outside information.
“I could never understand how you could be ready to put your business, your life – everything – on the line based on a gut feeling. On a gut feeling? I could never understand that, and now it’s all starting to make sense.”
Parul Gulati Responds: ‘I Am Innocent, Again’
After the videos from Krystle and Shahneel went viral, Parul Gulati broke her silence. She took to Instagram and shared a black screen with a cryptic message. The note read:
“This is circle of shaq all over and guess what, I am an innocent, again.”
In the caption of her post, Parul called the entire controversy a “digital witch-hunt”. She compared the current situation to what she faced during the game, where she was also doubted and eventually voted out despite being innocent.
