The 45th Blue Dragon Film Awards dazzled audiences on November 29 at KBS Hall, Yeouido, Seoul, honoring the best in Korean cinema from October 2023 to October 2024. Hosted by Han Ji Min and Lee Je Hoon, the star-studded evening celebrated cinematic brilliance, featuring standout performances and groundbreaking films.
Rising Stars and Fan Favorites
The event kicked off with Noh Sang Hyun and Park Ju Hyun winning Best New Actor and Actress for their roles in Love in the Big City and Drive. Fan-favorite Jung Hae In also snagged the Popular Star Award.
Performances by RIIZE and ZICO kept the crowd energized, adding a touch of K-pop to the glamorous evening.

Among the evening’s biggest winners was Kim Go Eun, who claimed Best Actress for her role in Exhuma, and Hwang Jung Min, who took home Best Actor for 12.12: The Day. The highly acclaimed Exhuma also won Best Film and Best Direction, solidifying its dominance.
