What Happened in Wind Breaker Chapter 225
Chapter 225 opened with Sakura’s group being confronted by Rakta, one of the leaders from Red Champur, along with two other marked members. The confrontation happened soon after the group entered Banku Gai, an unfamiliar territory.
A local merchant had accused a young boy of stealing bread, and things became tense when Sakura’s group stood between the angry merchant and the suspicious Red Champur members. The boy did not understand Japanese and could only watch as the situation escalated.
Umemiya stepped in and offered to pay for the bread. The shopkeeper punched him for that, but Umemiya did not get angry. He stayed calm, tried to help the shopkeeper see his side, and apologized on behalf of the child. He gave the bread back to the boy and explained that stealing is not the right way to solve problems.
By the end of the chapter, both Sakura and Rakta were watching Umemiya silently, with many questions forming in their minds. The chapter set up the stage for what comes next in Chapter 226.
