The Story of Srinivasa Mangapuram
The film is set in the temple town of Tirupati and follows the journey of Sreenu, also known as Vasu Babu, played by Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni. Sreenu arrives in Tirupati from Ballari and stays with a singer named Balu. He soon falls in love with Manga, the daughter of a powerful faction leader named Peddi Reddy, played by Rasha Thadani.
Despite Manga’s repeated rejections and her marriage being fixed with another man, Sreenu refuses to give up on his feelings. The story takes a dramatic turn when Sreenu saves Peddi Reddy’s men from a rival group, which leads to the revelation of his true identity and his connection to the powerful Venkatappayya Naidu.
The plot then moves to a flashback in Ballari, revealing Vasu’s past, his childhood connection to Manga, and the family conflict that forced him to hide his identity. When rival groups close in on the couple, Vasu returns to Tirupati to protect Manga. He faces opposition from both Peddi Reddy’s group and his own family, fighting to overcome the long-standing conflict and secure a future with the woman he loves.
