The Poster Controversy Explained
Sun Pictures, the production company behind AA22xA6, shared the first poster to celebrate the film’s announcement video crossing 6 million views. Fans quickly pointed out that the design, color scheme, and desert-like background closely resembled the promotional material for Dune (2021).
Social media users posted side-by-side comparisons, sparking debates about originality. Some called it a direct copy, while others argued it could be inspiration.

“Today, when I got the doctorate and they played music from Mersal, I believe I earned this only through honesty, only through love. I promise today that I will make this country proud.”
He also mentioned that his past work, like Vijay’s character in Bigil, was inspired by real-life figures, not copied from other films.
