His agency, BIGPICTUREENT, stated that the actor is “currently reviewing the offer” to appear in the drama. This means that while negotiations are advancing positively, final confirmations from both actors are still pending.
Kim Hye Soo remains one of the busiest actors in the industry. She recently starred in the Disney+ series “Unmasked,” which was released in January 2025. She is also filming the tvN drama “Second Signal,” scheduled to air next year.
Kim Ji Hun, recognized for his roles in dramas like “Flower of Evil,” recently opened up about a challenging three-year hiatus from acting.
