The hit new legal drama All’s Fair has captivated audiences with its high-stakes divorce cases and behind-the-scenes office drama. After a three-episode premiere on November 4, 2025, the story continues with a brand new episode this week. Here is a complete guide to Episode 4, including what to expect after the shocking end of the last episode.

When and Where to Watch Episode 4

All’s Fair Episode 4, titled “Everybody Dance Now,” will be released on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. The episode will be available to stream at 12 AM Pacific Time / 3 AM Eastern Time.

The show is exclusive to Hulu in the United States. For international viewers, it is available on Disney+ via the Hulu hub. New episodes are released weekly every Tuesday.

What Happened in Episode 3: Major Storylines and Twists

The third episode, “I Want Revenge,” ended with several major developments that set the stage for the next chapter.

The main conflict revolves around Allura Grant’s divorce from her husband, Chase Munroe. Chase’s lawyer, the rival attorney Carrington Lane, made a severe threat. She demanded one million dollars and half of Allura’s law firm in the divorce settlement. More shockingly, she threatened to claim ownership of Allura and Chase’s frozen embryos. In a bold countermove, Allura’s lawyer, Dina Standish, revealed she knew about Chase’s secret affair.

In a parallel case, the firm represented Lee-Ann, a client whose husband, Tommy, pressured her into botched plastic surgeries. The team successfully secured a $100 million settlement for her by threatening to expose Tommy’s fraudulent financial activities. Despite winning, Lee-Ann was not satisfied. In the episode’s final moments, she confronted Tommy at a restaurant and threw acid in his face.

The episode concluded with a stunning decision from Allura. To protect her embryos from being used as a bargaining chip by Chase and Carrington, she decided to undergo IVF treatment and have the embryos implanted immediately.

What to Expect in Episode 4: New Challenges and Alliances

The official description for Episode 4, “Everybody Dance Now,” states that “Emerald embraces her independence, until an unexpected turn forces the team to unite in pursuit of justice.”

This suggests that Emerald Greene, the firm’s investigator, will take center stage. While she enjoys her self-reliance, a new case or personal challenge will require the entire team to work together. Furthermore, the fallout from Allura’s IVF decision will likely send shockwaves through her legal team and her enemies. The episode will also continue to explore Dina’s personal life as she cares for her husband, Doug, whose cancer is progressing.
