Recently, some of the actor’s fans were seen attacking Hyeri under a YouTube video from when the two filmed Moonshine together. The comments were mercilessly criticizing the actress for supposedly “flirting” with her co-star, Byeon. The whole incident was criticized by netizens.

While the attack on Hyeri was already baseless, to begin with, now netizens have found that the two actors share a closer friendship than what the public knew of. On June 9, 2023, Hyeri posted multiple pictures of her homely birthday celebration with friends, and Byeon Woo Seok was one of the few present at the party.

Netizens also recognized his reflection in a solo picture of Hyeri, evident that Byeon was the one taking the photo.

While some were envious of their friendship, others were impressed by Hyeri’s ever-increasing friend circle.
