Fans have already gotten a good look at Angela’s new hero style. Set photos and official teasers showed Camila Rodriguez in a homemade White Tiger costume, which includes a white hoodie, a green vest, and a striped black-and-white scarf. This outfit honors her uncle’s memory while showing she is just starting out.
A poster released by Marvel’s Daredevil account on X shows Angela running, with the Spanish words “Se Busca” (“Wanted”) at the top. It suggests that becoming a hero in Fisk’s New York puts a target on her back from the very start.
What the Comics Tell Us About Her Future
For those who know the comics, Angela Del Toro’s story has a rich history. Created by Brian Michael Bendis and Alex Maleev, she first appeared in Daredevil Vol. 2 #58 in 2003. In the original stories, she was an FBI agent looking into Matt Murdock’s secret life. After her uncle Hector died, she took the White Tiger amulet and got powers like superhuman strength, speed, and better healing.
The comics take her character on a darker path at times. She later gets killed by Lady Bullseye and brought back by the Hand organization. The show may choose a different direction, but her comic book history shows she can handle serious challenges. For now, she looks ready to fight alongside Daredevil against a common enemy.
