  • In 2018, Suga purchased a Hannam Riverhill property for ₩3.40 billion KRW (around $2.43 million USD) and lived there until November 2021. Reports suggest he moved out following disputes with neighbors.
  • After leaving Riverhill, he moved into Park Hannam under a long-term lease. The lease reportedly had a ₩9.50 billion KRW (around $6.80 million USD) deposit fully covered by BIGHIT MUSIC, BTS’s management agency.
  • In May 2024, Suga moved again, this time to Nine One Hannam, another upscale residential complex.
