For comparison, BLACKPINK’s Rosé, known for her slim figure, has a confirmed waist size of 24 inches. Former Apink member Son Naeun had a 22-inch waist back in 2017. Even idols like PRISTIN’s Yuha, who held the record for the smallest waist at 16.6 inches, is no longer active in the industry.

Unsurprisingly, the clip of Sakura and Chaewon’s 17-inch waists went viral, reaching over 40,000 views on TheQoo within an hour. Fans were equally shocked, with some Korean netizens even commenting that elementary school students have larger waists.

Standing at 5 feet 4 inches (163cm), it’s hard to imagine how they maintain such tiny waists. However, Chaewon offered a glimpse into her fitness routine in a recent interview, mentioning regular exercise.
