The new K-drama Dynamite Kiss is moving quickly, with its first episode ending in a surprise kiss. The story of Go Da-rim, a woman struggling to find her path, and Gong Ji-hyeok, a successful company team leader, continues tonight. Episode 2 is set to explore the immediate fallout of their impulsive decision and the complicated fake relationship they have started.

What Happened in Episode 1

The premiere episode introduced viewers to Go Da-rim, an unemployed woman who has faced constant setbacks while preparing for civil service exams for five years. Her lack of a career causes embarrassment for her family, to the point that her younger sister sends her on a trip to Jeju Island to prevent her from attending her own wedding.

At the same time, Gong Ji-hyeok, a sharp and composed leader at a baby products company, is closing a major business deal. The deal requires him to find a man named Jeong-gwon, who happens to be Da-rim’s ex-boyfriend. This mission brings Ji-hyeok to Jeju Island, where their paths cross.

To make her ex-boyfriend jealous, Da-rim agrees to pretend to be Ji-hyeok’s girlfriend. When the ex begins to suspect their relationship is fake, Da-rim takes dramatic action by kissing Ji-hyeok right in front of him. Ji-hyeok, caught off guard, kisses her back, suggesting he might already be developing real feelings.

When and Where to Watch Episode 2

The next chapter of this romantic story is just a few hours away. Dynamite Kiss Episode 2 is scheduled to release today, November 13, 2025.

For viewers in South Korea, the episode will air on SBS TV at 9:00 PM KST. International audiences can stream the new episode exclusively on Netflix. The series is available with multiple audio and subtitle options, including English.

Netflix does not offer a free trial, so a paid subscription is required to watch. Subscription plans start from $7.99 per month.

What to Expect in the New Episode

Episode 2 will pick up right after the climatic kiss. Ji-hyeok and Da-rim will continue their fake dating arrangement, with Ji-hyeok reportedly asking her to stay his girlfriend for one more day. The two are set to go on a date, further blurring the lines between their act and reality.

However, the plot will take an emotional turn when Da-rim receives news that her mother has fainted. This family emergency will force her to leave Jeju Island immediately without saying goodbye to Ji-hyeok.

This is not the end of their story. The main plot of the series will see Da-rim, desperate for a job, later joining Ji-hyeok’s company. She lies about her background, pretending to be a married mother to secure the position on the Mother TF team, which Ji-hyeok leads. This sets the stage for their unexpected reunion in the workplace, where her secret will constantly be at risk of exposure.
