The week of June 22 through June 26, 2026, delivered some of the most intense moments in Port Charles. Willow Cain found herself trapped between a fugitive and a murder investigation. Dante and Lulu raced against time to save their son Rocco. Meanwhile, Anna Devane finally returned to the screen after months of treatment in France. Here is everything that happened on General Hospital this week.
Willow Becomes the Prime Suspect in Jordan’s Accident
The story of Jordan Ashford’s car accident took a major turn this week. Lucy Coe went to the PCPD and gave a false statement to Detective Joe Fitzpatrick. She claimed she saw Willow at the Quartermaine mansion on the night of the crash. Lucy suggested that Willow often got emotional during visits to see her children. She hinted that Willow might have left the scene of the accident to cover it up.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine was the real mastermind behind this plan. She wanted to make Willow look guilty to get her away from Harrison Chase. Lucy did not do this for free. She demanded a large portion of Brook Lynn’s stock in Deception as payment. Brook Lynn reluctantly agreed to give Lucy more shares than Tracy Quartermaine owns.
The situation got even worse for Willow. Jenz Sidwell showed up at her house demanding a place to hide. He told Willow that if she turned him in, he would take her down with him. Sidwell reminded her of all the illegal things she had done for him. He offered her more paralytic drugs to keep Drew silent forever in exchange for her cooperation.
Detective Fitzpatrick arrived to question Willow about the accident. While Willow was busy with Chase and Fitzpatrick, the detective slipped into Drew’s room. He asked Drew if Willow was on Route 91 that night. Using blinks to communicate, Drew confirmed that Willow was involved in the crash. This gave Joe the evidence he needed to get a warrant for Willow’s vehicle records.
Willow tried to avoid answering questions. She told Joe to send a written request to her office. But the damage was already done. Joe served the warrant at the Metro Court pool, and Willow was asked to come to the PCPD voluntarily.
Rocco’s Secret Spreads and Charlotte Gets Targeted
The truth about who shot Ross Cullum finally came out. Lulu accidentally revealed to Laura that Rocco was the one who fired the gun. Jason Morgan went to prison to protect him. Charlotte overheard this conversation from her room and learned everything.
Charlotte later told Danny Morgan the truth about his father. She believed Danny deserved to know why Jason was really in WSB custody. Danny took this information and went straight to the WSB. He tried to get answers about Jason and ended up in police custody. Alexis was called to the PCPD to get him out.
This one decision put Charlotte in grave danger. Cullum’s people started following her. A mysterious man reported that he had eyes on Charlotte and she would be in hand shortly. Someone is tracking her for Cullum now. The secret that was meant to protect Rocco may have made Charlotte his next target.
Cullum also set a trap for Cassius. He told Harker that the medication Cassius stole from Wyndemere was actually poison. This means the medicine Cassius sent to Britt could kill her instead of helping her.
Dante and Lulu Race to Save Rocco
Cassius finally gave Dante and Lulu the location of Rocco. He told them that Rocco and Britt were on the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. Cassius gave them the street address after they promised not to turn Britt in.
Lulu dropped Charlotte off with Laura before leaving town. She told her mother that she and Dante would not be returning to Port Charles with Rocco right away. They planned to go into hiding until Cullum left town.
In Tortola, Britt was preparing Rocco for her future with Huntington’s disease. She told him that when her condition got worse, he had to leave. Rocco resisted and said she deserved someone with her at the end. Things changed when Dante and Lulu arrived at the bungalow. Britt argued that she had done everything to protect Rocco. She admitted that she loved him and would make the same choice again.
Rocco returned with the medication Cassius had sent. He explained that he had asked Danny and Charlotte for help getting it. Dante and Lulu wanted Rocco away from Britt because she had a target on her back. Britt admitted she had been working for Cullum. She told Rocco that the safest place for him was with his parents.
Britt said goodbye to Rocco and gave him a bottle of bubbles. Lulu thanked her for keeping him safe. After Dante, Lulu, and Rocco left, Britt prepared to inject herself with the medication. Before she could use it, police burst in and arrested her for kidnapping. This likely saved her life since the medication was poisoned.
Anna Returns to the Screen
Anna Devane finally returned to the screen this week. She had been receiving psychiatric treatment in France after being kidnapped and drugged. The trauma led to a mental breakdown. Willow had used her diplomatic connections to get Anna transferred to a less restrictive clinic.
Anna met with her doctor this week and appeared more calm and in control. She called Felicia and sounded stronger. Anna asked Felicia to visit and to tell Emma that she loved her. Felicia, Mac, and Emma later visited Anna. Anna explained why she had not wanted Robin involved in her recovery. She did not want to drag Robin back into memories of Faison.
The doctor told Mac and Felicia that Anna had improved. However, they were still trying to separate reality from paranoia. Anna later told Felicia what she really needed her to hear. She insisted that Nathan was not who he claimed to be.
Carly Confesses and Josslyn Remains Trapped
Carly made a stunning confession to her brother Lucas. She revealed that Josslyn is a WSB agent. Carly also admitted that she believes Josslyn is being held at Wyndemere. Lucas was shocked but quickly agreed to help Carly bring Josslyn home.
Josslyn remained trapped beneath Wyndemere this week. She pressed Cassius to prove he was really on her side. She argued that if Cullum got his prototype working, he could use it to kill on a massive scale. Josslyn asked Cassius to get her a gun, but he refused.

Trina Sets Boundaries with Her Parents
Trina finally had enough of her parents’ drama. She told Curtis and Portia that she realized it was not her job to fix their relationship. Trina explained that she needed distance from them to focus on her dreams. She promised she would reach out to them when she was ready. In the meantime, she wanted to know when the baby arrived. After telling them she loved them, Trina left.
Ava and Ethan Strike a Deal
Ethan escorted Ava to see Sonny. Sonny wanted information on Sidwell’s whereabouts. Ava claimed she had no information and only knew Jenz as his art dealer. Ethan backed Ava up, hoping to keep her quiet about his connection to baby Phoebe.
Ava told Ethan that if she was going to stay quiet and go with him to Sonny’s, she expected him to run interference between her and Sonny. She wanted him to defend her when Avery’s dad got too pushy. Sonny threatened to cut off Ava’s access to Avery if she was hiding Sidwell. Ava stormed out, saying Sidwell was Sonny’s problem, not hers.
