Actress Han Ye-seul, 42, recently spilled the beans about her romantic relationship with a boyfriend a decade her junior on the YouTube entertainment show ‘Psick Show.‘ During the episode released on the 14th, Han Ye-seul expressed her deep connection with her younger partner, stating, “I got along really well with him, and I thought we would be together for a long time.”

Their relationship, previously revealed on May 15, 2021, through Han Ye-seul’s social media, has been under the spotlight since. Speaking candidly, she disclosed, “We have known each other for about 5 years, and we officially started dating for 4 years. He is my boyfriend, born in ’91.” The actress also shared glimpses of their travels and her boyfriend’s fondness for Los Angeles, emphasizing his love for golf and the natural beauty of the city.

Han Ye-seul, who appeared on ‘Psick Show’ to share her story, praised the show’s atmosphere, stating, “I thought it was very refreshing. I like it when the MCs don’t make the guests feel bad. I also felt like the MCs lifted the mood, made the guests laugh, and respected the guests.”

Reflecting on her earlier years, including her debut in the Korean Supermodel Contest in 2001 and her appearance in the sitcom ‘Nonstop 4’ in 2003, Han Ye-seul revealed a shift from her initial reluctance to her current successful career. She admitted, “I didn’t know I would enter the entertainment industry. I hated standing in front of the camera and acting. After playing the character of a crazy woman, my popularity improved, and I was able to continue working.”

However, her journey in the entertainment industry wasn’t without challenges. Han Ye-seul candidly shared, “When I first came to Korea, people didn’t like me very much. It was difficult for young people to express their opinions in a conservative culture. I said exactly what I thought and got hated.”

Delving into her past, Han Ye-seul also disclosed her struggles during her school days in the United States, revealing instances of bullying. She remarked, “I participated in a supermodel contest, but I was always bullied. I guess I was quite ambitious. I wasn’t mean to my friends, but my ambition seemed too obvious, so I guess they didn’t want to see me working hard. I had a lot of problems with my friends. They didn’t really like me. So my friends in the U.S. supported me.”

In the realm of romance, Han Ye-seul shared insights into her preferences, emphasizing the importance of sincere and unconditional love. She added, “I don’t like men who have bad drinking habits” and expressed a preference for men who are like ‘love eunuchs.’ Despite her achievements and fame, Han Ye-seul remains down-to-earth, valuing genuine connections and finding happiness in her present relationship.
