The rush order ended up costing $12,000. When Solomon, an agent from Internal Affairs, discovered this, he immediately intervened. He declared that Morgan’s unconventional methods were a liability and that she needed to face formal consequences. His solution was to ban her from having any role in the current murder case and to send her to the Detective Training Academy for a mandatory refresher course.
“Your insubordination isn’t quirk, Morgan, it’s a liability,” Solomon told her before enforcing the punishment.
