What to Expect in the New Episode

Their mother, Orpah, and Goliath himself meet with King Achish of Gath, who is eager to use their power to unite the Philistine armies against Israel. Back in Gibeah, King Saul’s condition continues to worsen. Queen Ahinoam, in a desperate attempt to help him, permits a risky ritual performed by the sorceress Besai, a move that is met with strong opposition from Jonathan.
Meanwhile, the emotional storyline between David and Princess Mychal reaches a critical point. After Mychal learns a secret about David’s parentage, the two are forced to confront the reality of their feelings and the duties that keep them apart. David makes a difficult decision about his future at the palace. Jonathan, seeking answers, sets out to find the prophet Samuel, who reveals a profound truth about the future king of Israel. The episode sets the stage for the coming conflict with a shocking event that solidifies the Giants’ commitment to war.
