HYBE has publicly refuted Min Hee Jin‘s claims of unresponsiveness during her bombshell press conference yesterday. The conflict between the two parties has seemingly escalated following Min’s allegations that HYBE had not responded to her internal report regarding company issues.
Instead, the ADOR CEO claimed that HYBE chose to respond to her through the unexpected audit.

HYBE responded with a detailed statement earlier today, challenging Min’s assertions and accusing her of providing misleading information to the media and the public. According to HYBE, they did indeed respond to Min’s whistleblowing email with a comprehensive six-page document sent at 10:01 AM on April 22nd, which Min reportedly reviewed around 12:00 PM on the same day.
The company emphasized that contrary to Min’s claims of receiving no response, Min read the documentation they provided herself.

Furthermore, HYBE clarified the circumstances surrounding the audit that Min referenced. The company described the audit as a necessary step taken months after detecting attempts to take over management and confirming the leakage of sensitive business documents. HYBE also criticized Min’s demand for prior notification of the audit schedule, labeling it as unreasonable given the gravity of the misconduct involved.
