However, his lack of awareness about physical boundaries caused a problem. When Arata Minami saw Daichi hugging Kuroe in public, he assumed the worst. This misunderstanding added to the growing distance between Kuroe and Arata.
Arata’s rising fame as an actor made things worse. He had landed a role in the new “Godolla” movie, which is based on the Harugon legend. Kuroe’s self-esteem issues grew as she watched Arata’s career take off. She told Arata that they should break up.
