The ex-ADOR employee filed a complaint claiming that Min Hee Jin interfered with an investigation into workplace harassment, allegedly trying to suppress reports. According to CBS No Cut News, the Labor Office is now reviewing whether to summon Min Hee Jin as part of the investigation.

- The ex-ADOR employee was summoned on September 26, 2024, by the Seoul Western Branch of the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office.
- The employee alleges Min Hee Jin covered up harassment incidents, including sexual misconduct by an executive referred to as “Executive B.”
- The employee further claims that when they requested a public apology, Min Hee Jin disclosed personal information and publicly insulted them.

Defamation Lawsuit
