Hannah Fields and Charlie Georgiou, former contestants from Love Island USA Season 7, have fans buzzing after a recent social media video hinted they might be rekindling their romance outside the villa. The pair, who initially connected on the show before their abrupt separations, are now sparking speculation about their relationship status in the real world.
Hannah and Charlie’s On-Screen Romance and Sudden Split
Hannah and Charlie quickly became a fan-favorite couple after coupling up on Day 6 of the show. Their chemistry was undeniable, but their time together was cut short when Charlie was voted off the island by fellow contestants on June 15. Hannah was visibly heartbroken, clutching a photo of them after his exit.
She later moved on with another islander, Pepe Garcia, but admitted struggling with the sudden end of her connection with Charlie.
“I just don’t know if there’s still a romantic connection, especially after the connection I had with Pepe,” Hannah told E! News. “I don’t know what he’s open to.”
Despite her new bond with Pepe, Hannah kept track of Charlie’s birthday, planning to reach out after the show.

After both were eliminated, Hannah and Charlie were spotted in a TikTok video recreating a trending reel together. Fans immediately speculated they might be giving their relationship another shot.

“I’m devastated for my sister… but she’ll be happy he left once she finds out about him,” Isa said.
While Hannah initially leaned toward exploring things with Pepe, her recent interactions with Charlie have left the door open. She confirmed she’d meet Charlie post-show, though possibly as friends.
“It’s actually his birthday on [June] 27, so I was gonna tell him, ‘Happy birthday,’” Hannah shared. “I was keeping track of the days in the villa.”
