The Filipino comedy-action series My Husband Is a Mafia Boss started streaming on Viva One on April 11, 2026. The show is based on a Wattpad story by the late Diana Marie Maranan (Yanalovesyouu) that got over 218 million reads online. Director Fifth Solomon leads the production.
The story follows a college student who marries a man hiding a dangerous secret. The show mixes romance, laughs, and action scenes.
Joseph Marco and Rhen Escaño Play the Main Couple
Joseph Marco plays Ezekiel “Zeke” Roswell. Zeke runs the Rosewell Corporation as a cold CEO. He also works as a powerful mafia boss. Marco recently appeared in I Love You Sine 1892. He shows both the business side and the dangerous side of his character.
Rhen Escaño plays Aemie Romero. She is a sweet college student who stays positive. Aemie acts clumsy and childish in class but always gets top exam scores. She first thinks Zeke is just a driver. Then she finds out he is her new husband and a billionaire. Escaño said playing this funny character was hard. Director Solomon helped her balance Aemie’s comedy side.

Ara Mina plays Alyana Ferrer, Aemie’s mother. She is kind and childish like her daughter. Alyana supports the sudden marriage but hides a secret that could cause trouble.
Akihiro Blanco plays Moo (Wallace Martin Lionheart), Aemie’s best friend who may like her.
Sara Joe plays Amesyl Cross, Aemie’s cousin and close friend.
Frost Sandoval plays Kaizer Maxwell Lamperouge, Zeke’s right-hand man in the Roswell Mafia Group.
Other group members include R-ji Lim as Jacob Lee, PJ Rosario as Sebastian Lerwick, and Maru Delgado as Vash Boulstridge.
The enemy team includes Simon Ibarra as Eiji Ferrer, leader of the Yaji Mafia Group. His team has Roberta Tamondong as Meisha Lamperouge, Hazel Calawod as Cassandra Heather, Naz San Juan as Tristan Klein, and MO Mitchell as Spade Clifford.
Priscilla Meirelles and Kelley Day play Violet Swansea and Fiona Stonehurst. Anjo Damiles, Bianca Santos, Edsel Santiago, and Yuki Sonoda have key roles. Jaime Yllana, Icee Ejercito, and Kyosu Guinto play Aemie’s school friends.
