Lily Collins is putting on her stylish outfits for the last time. Netflix announced that Emily in Paris season six will be the show‘s final season. The production team started filming the last episodes in Greece on May 21, 2026. The final season will take viewers to three different locations. The cast and crew will film in Greece first, then move to Monaco, and finally return to Paris where everything started.
The show’s creator Darren Star shared his thoughts about the show ending.
“Making Emily in Paris with this extraordinary cast and crew has been the trip of a lifetime. As we embark on the final season, I am so grateful to Netflix, Paramount, and, most importantly, the fans who have taken this incredible journey with us. We can’t wait to share this last chapter with you.”
Lily Collins also made a video announcement for fans. She said season six will bring everything viewers love about the show and serve as the final chapter in Emily’s adventure. The fifth season spent five weeks in Netflix’s worldwide top 10 for English-language series. The streaming service‘s internal data shows the show recorded 250 million views from 2023 to 2025.
‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ Season 5 Will Close Mickey Haller‘s Story
The legal drama starring Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as Mickey Haller is also ending. The Lincoln Lawyer will return for a fifth and final season. The show came back with its fourth season earlier in 2026 and quickly became one of the most watched titles on Netflix. Days before the fourth season even dropped, Netflix had already confirmed a fifth season.
Season five will have 10 episodes and will adapt Resurrection Walk, the seventh book in Michael Connelly’s Lincoln Lawyer series. The show‘s creators promised fans a satisfying ending.
“All good things must come to an end, but thankfully sometimes how they come to an end is up to us.”
Co-showrunner Dailyn Rodriguez added that from the very beginning, the mission was to tell the story of Mickey Haller and give that story a proper conclusion. She said the team is building a final season that will provide the satisfying finale Mickey Haller deserves.
Other Shows Cancelled and Renewed by Netflix in 2026
Emily in Paris and The Lincoln Lawyer are not the only shows ending. The Night Agent will also finish with its fourth season. Other shows that got cancelled in 2026 include The Abandons, Terminator Zero, The Vince Staples Show, Pop The Balloon LIVE, Selling the City, With Love, Meghan, Class, Bandi, and Miss Governor.
Class got cancelled after one season even though it was previously renewed. Star Gurfateh Pirzada confirmed the news on his Instagram account. The French-language drama Bandi ended only weeks after its launch.
Some shows got better news. Finding Her Edge got renewed for season two on February 3, 2026. The show follows three sisters who run a struggling figure skating dynasty.
