The upcoming tvN youth drama Four Hands, Two Sonatas is set to premiere on August 29, 2026, at 9:10 p.m. KST. The series marks Song Kang’s return to the small screen after completing his mandatory military service, and it will also be available for global audiences on Netflix the same day.

The title Four Hands refers to a piano technique where two people play a single piano together. The drama follows students at a Korean arts high school as they pursue their dreams of becoming professional musicians. Song Kang plays Kang Bi Oh, a piano prodigy who has trained for 10 hours every day to maintain his top position. Song Kang, often called the “Son of Netflix” for his popularity on the platform, returns to acting after completing his military service from April 2024 to October 2025. He made his acting debut in 2017 and gained international recognition through Netflix projects like Love Alarm, Sweet Home, and Nevertheless. Before enlisting, he starred in Forecasting Love and Weather and My Demon.
Lee Jun-young, also known as Jun from the former boy band U-Kiss, has built a versatile career in both music and acting. His recent K-drama credits include When Life Gives You Tangerines, Weak Hero Class 2, and Reborn Rookie.
Jang Gyu-ri has appeared in major productions including It’s Okay to Not Be Okay and When the Phone Rings.
