Source Music Hits Back At Min Hee Jin’s Rebuttal Against HYBE’s Claims

Min Hee Jin previously hit back.

After HYBE launched its latest allegations against ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin via Dispatch, Min Hee Jin hit back. She revealed an email dated 2021, where she had already complained to HYBE CEO Park Ji Won that Source Music had allegedly copied her concept for her girl group. While Source Music’s plans had gone for a male-targeted concept in March 2021, they recaliberated their concept to target females in their teens, allegedly after she had presented her plans.

Source Music has since responded, denying Min’s accusations.

ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin’s statement from today contains lies about Source Music, and so we are making a statement to tell you the truth.

1. Her claim that Source Music copied her launching plan is a lie. Source Music has never copied her CBO launching plan, and we have never acknowledged her complaint as such.

2. Regarding Bang Si Hyuk’s suggestion regarding the launching plan for Min Hee Jin’s CBO in May 2020, Bang Si Hyuk did not mean that she should launch it with the N Team, but rather, under a new team from a label established by herself. Min Hee Jin knew about this back then, but she is misinterpreting it as that Bang Si Hyuk had meant for her to use this launching plan for the N team.

As Min Hee Jin continues to spread falsehood about Source Music, we will be taking even stronger legal action against her, as with our existing lawsuit against her for slander. We also plan on releasing the materials that we have on hand whenever necessary, in order to shed light on the accurate truth.
