Main Cast and Characters for the Final Episodes

The final episodes feature the core cast who have driven the complex story:

  • Park Seo-joon plays Lee Gyeong-do, a principled reporter who reconnects with his first love and becomes her protector.
  • Won Ji-an stars as Seo Ji-woo, a woman fighting to save her family’s company, Jarim Apparel, while navigating renewed feelings for Gyeong-do.
  • Lee El plays Seo Ji-yeon, Ji-woo’s older sister and the CEO of Jarim, whose health has been manipulated by her husband.
  • Lee Joo-young appears as Park Se-young, a close friend to both Gyeong-do and Ji-woo.
  • Kang Ki-doong plays Cha Woo-sik, Se-young’s husband.

What Happened in Episodes 9 and 10? Story Recap

The story entered its final phase with intense developments. To recruit a famous designer for Jarim, Ji-woo and Gyeong-do traveled to Spain. Although their initial pitch was rejected, their sincerity impressed the designer, who recommended an even more influential colleague to Ji-woo. This success gave Jarim a major advantage.

Meanwhile, Ji-woo’s brother-in-law and primary antagonist, Kang Min-woo, escalated his scheme to take over the company. He spread rumors among shareholders that his wife, Ji-yeon, was suffering from dementia. He secretly increased her medication to induce severe symptoms, which he then publicly staged at the office to damage the company’s image and lower its value. Gyeong-do and Ji-woo exposed the plot by having a medical report published, clarifying that Ji-yeon’s condition was a reversible side effect of medication.

Undeterred, Min-woo then attempted to reveal that Ji-woo is not her father’s biological child, planning to use this to question her legitimacy. Ji-woo decided to take control of the narrative. She publicly shared her story, explaining her father’s love and trust in her, and stated she returned only to protect her sister. This move successfully thwarted Min-woo’s plan again.

The episode ended on a critical cliffhanger: Min-woo has gathered photos of Ji-woo and Gyeong-do together. His new strategy is to frame their relationship as a scandalous affair, aiming to destroy Ji-woo’s reputation, cause shareholder backlash, and finally force the sale of Jarim.

What to Expect in Episode 11 Spoilers and Preview

Episode 11 will focus on the immediate fallout from Min-woo’s new attack. The preview suggests the leaked photos will create a major public scandal. The label of an “affair” threatens to ruin Ji-woo’s standing and cause significant damage to Jarim Apparel’s public image.

Under intense pressure, Gyeong-do may consider leaving the country, believing his presence is making the situation worse for Ji-woo. In the preview, he is seen telling her they should part ways peacefully. However, he also directly confronts Min-woo, warning him that his manipulative tactics will fail. The central conflict will be a direct confrontation between Ji-woo and her brother-in-law. Ji-woo must decide how to use the confirmed knowledge that Min-woo was drugging her sisterโ€”as a legal weapon or a private matter to protect her family. The episode will set the stage for the ultimate resolution of both the corporate war and the fate of Ji-woo and Gyeong-do’s relationship in the final episode.
