FX has dropped the official trailer for the fifth and final season of The Bear. The two-minute clip shows the crew facing their biggest crisis yet. A massive flood, no money, and the threat of the building being sold all hit the restaurant at once. The new season premieres on June 25, 2026, on Hulu and FX.
Carmy Quits the Food Industry at the Worst Possible Time
The trailer picks up right after the Season 4 finale. Sydney Adamu (played by Ayo Edebiri), Richie Jerimovich (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), and Natalie โSugarโ Berzatto (Abby Elliott) wake up to discover that Carmen โCarmyโ Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White) has quit the food industry for good.
This leaves the young team in charge of a restaurant that is falling apart. Uncle Jimmy (played by Oliver Platt) tells the group he plans to sell the building. On top of that, a severe storm hits Chicago, flooding the kitchen and stopping food deliveries.
Despite the disaster, Richie refuses to give up. He gives a speech to the staff that sets the tone for the final episode.
โWe are outgunned and we are outmanned. We have got no money. But we have each other and nothing left to lose.โ
Sydney Takes Over the Kitchen for One Last Service
With Carmy gone, Sydney steps up as the head chef. The trailer shows her taking full control of the kitchen, telling her team, โWe have each other’s backs. Every nightโ.
The group is trying to pull off one perfect final dinner service. Their goal is to finally earn a Michelin star before the doors close forever. The trailer ends with Carmy returning to the restaurant. He looks at the group and says, โI look at you all, and I love you so muchโ.
The official synopsis for Season 5 states that the team will learn that โwhat makes a restaurant โperfectโ might not be the food, but the peopleโ.
Returning Cast and Guest Stars for the Final Season
The entire main cast returns for the final eight episodes. This includes Lionel Boyce as Marcus, Liza Colรณn-Zayas as Tina, and Matty Matheson as Neil Fak.
Several fan-favorite guest stars are also coming back. Jamie Lee Curtis will return as Donna Berzatto, Carmyโs mother. Will Poulter is back as Luca, the talented chef from Copenhagen.
Other returning faces include Sarah Paulson, Bob Odenkirk, and John Mulaney in various roles.
Fans React to the Emotional Final Trailer
The trailer, set to The Whoโs โLove Reign Oโer Me,โ has caused a strong reaction online. Many viewers are not ready to say goodbye to the show that started in 2022.

All eight episodes of The Bear Season 5 will be released at the same time. Viewers in the United States can watch on Hulu and FX on June 25 at 9 p.m. ET.
International audiences in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India, and other countries can stream the final season on Disney+ starting June 26.
