T.O.P’s Reaction to BIGBANG’s Performance
Following his appearance in Squid Game season 2, T.O.P gave an interview to JTBC on December 16, 2024. He was asked about BIGBANG and their MAMA 2024 performance. T.O.P confirmed that he watched the performance and said, “They were so cool.” He added that he wants to support the members and cheer them on for the rest of his life. He also mentioned that he feels strongly about not letting his past mistakes affect them.

BIGBANG’s MAMA 2024 Comeback
BIGBANG made a comeback performance at the MAMA Awards held at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan on November 23, 2024, after a nine-year absence. The performance began with G-Dragon performing his latest solo release, POWER, marking his first solo comeback in seven years.
Later, Taeyang and Daesung joined G-Dragon for a BIGBANG reunion. The group performed their hit song, BANG BANG BANG, and their newly released song, HOME SWEET HOME, which came out on November 22, 2024, just a day before the awards show.
