Episode 9 Recap and Episode 10 Expectations

Ceridwen has been watching Will Serfort and Julius Renberg ever since the first Bloom failed. Episode 9 also showed Creutz consulting with two colorless high wizards about Harlan’s plans to foil Ceridwen before the second Bloom arrives.
Episode 10 is titled “Our Dreams” . Based on the source material, this episode will focus on Wignall Lindor, the elf who has been struggling with feelings of being not good enough. Wignall will open up to Will about his past. He was childhood friends with Ellenor Ljos Alf, who is now a powerful Magia Vander. Wignall has always felt like a failure compared to her, just as Will feels about Elfaria.
Will and Wignall will face powerful fire monsters called Balkar on the eleventh floor of the dungeon. These monsters are immune to physical attacks and resistant to magic. Their only weakness is elven magic, which forces Wignall to confront his self-doubt. This episode will build the friendship between Will and Wignall as they find common ground.
Meanwhile, Colette and Lihanna remain separated from the group. The mysterious villains Marze and a headless man who communicates through writing will continue to terrorize the students. By the end of the episode, the group will face a massive monster called the Evil Grand Duke, worth 270 credits.
