The 2026 fall TV season is bringing a packed lineup of returning favorites and brand-new series across streaming and broadcast networks. From Glen Powell’s football comedy to a Blade Runner limited series, here is everything you need to know about what is coming and when it arrives.
September 2026 TV Premieres
Chad Powers Season 2 arrives on September 3 on Hulu. All six episodes of the Glen Powell-led comedy drop at once. The series follows Russ Holliday, a quarterback who disguises himself as Chad Powers after his career falls apart. Hulu on Disney+ bundle subscribers can also stream it. The show premiered internationally on Disney+ the same day.
The Gentlemen Season 2 returns on September 3 on Netflix, with all eight episodes available at launch. Theo James and Giancarlo Esposito lead the crime series from Guy Ritchie. Eddie and Susie take their criminal enterprise international this season. Netflix has already renewed the show for a third season.
Neagley premieres on September 16 on Prime Video. Maria Sten leads this Reacher spin-off as Frances Neagley. All eight episodes release at once in more than 240 countries and territories. The series follows the Reacher Season 4 finale and holds a 90% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story launches on September 17 on Netflix. This fourth chapter in Ryan Murphy’s true-crime anthology stars Ella Beatty as the infamous suspect. The eight-episode limited series marks the first female subject in the Monster franchise.
MobLand Season 2 premieres on September 18 on Paramount+. Tom Hardy returns as Harry Da Souza in this Guy Ritchie crime drama. The 10-episode season rolls out weekly on Fridays, with the finale set for November 20. The series streams globally on the same date.
Outlander: Blood of My Blood Season 2 debuts on September 18 on Starz. The prequel series returns with new episodes airing weekly on Fridays. The premiere date coincides with World Outlander Day, the anniversary of Diana Gabaldon’s original novel. Episode 1 is titled “Remembrance Day.” UK viewers can stream via MGM+ on Prime Video Channels.
American Hostage premieres on September 20 on MGM+. Jon Hamm leads this eight-episode anthology series. The show debuts with a two-episode premiere, followed by weekly episodes through the finale on November 1. Giovanni Ribisi and Kristoffer Polaha also star.
American Horror Story Season 13 arrives on September 24 on FX and Hulu. The 13-episode season brings back Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, and Angela Bassett. Evan Peters returns as Tate Langdon. Three episodes drop on premiere night, with new episodes weekly through October 29. The season is simulcast on FX, Hulu, and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers.
S.W.A.T. Exiles premieres on September 25 on Starz. Shemar Moore returns as Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson in this spin-off. The 10-episode first season releases weekly on Fridays. The story follows Hondo after a botched raid forces him to leave his old life behind and train a group of LAPD misfits.
October 2026 TV Premieres
East of Eden starts streaming on October 1 on Netflix. Florence Pugh stars in this limited series adaptation of John Steinbeck’s classic novel. Zoe Kazan adapted the book and serves as executive producer. All seven episodes release globally at once.
NCIS Season 24 premieres on October 6 on CBS. Michael Weatherly returns as Tony DiNozzo in the season opener titled “Wayward Son.” The premiere kicks off a three-hour NCIS block. New episodes air Tuesdays at 8/7c. The season also streams on Paramount+.
Chicago Fire Season 15 returns on October 7 on NBC. The One Chicago franchise premieres all three shows on the same night: Chicago Med at 8 p.m. ET, Chicago Fire at 9 p.m. ET, and Chicago P.D. at 10 p.m. ET. Taylor Kinney returns, and Matthew Daddario joins the cast as a firefighter candidate.
Dexter: Resurrection Season 2 premieres on October 30 on Paramount+. Michael C. Hall returns as Dexter Morgan. The second season arrives with a new teaser and introduces new serial killers. The premiere lands on a Friday, just in time for Halloween weekend.
November 2026 TV Premieres
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 3 premieres on November 11 on Prime Video. The first four episodes drop on premiere day. Two more episodes follow on November 18, and the final two release on November 25. Simon Pegg joins the cast this season as Middle-earth goes to war.
Dig premieres on November 23 on Peacock. Amy Poehler and Hugh Laurie star in this comedy from Parks and Recreation creator Michael Schur. All 10 episodes drop at once. The series follows a team of archaeologists and college students working at a dig site in Greece.
Blade Runner 2099 arrives on November 25 on Prime Video. Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer star in this limited series. All eight episodes release globally at once in more than 240 countries and territories. The show is a follow-up to the Blade Runner film franchise.
