The Lake Havasu City Police Department confirmed that officers found Sheets deceased at the scene. His body was turned over to the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office for further investigation.
Just hours before his death, Sheets was reportedly interacting with fans at his antique shop, Havasu Show Me Your Junk. A photo taken around 5 p.m. on April 21 showed Sheets smiling and giving a thumbs-up while posing with two supporters.
