The Pokémon Company has announced a brand new animated movie called “Pokémon: Wild Card” that is scheduled for a worldwide release in 2027. The announcement happened during the closing ceremony of the 2026 Pokémon World Championships in San Francisco. This movie marks the franchise’s return to feature-length animation after several years.
