In the recorded chat, the pair used the code name “Jigsaw” to refer to another housemate. Sam was heard saying, “I actually think Jigsaw is one of the hardest people to read, I think.” Nancy agreed, replying, “‘Cause nothing f**king seems genuine at all.” They questioned how someone could be “nice and funny all the time,” suggesting it was a facade, and noted that “Jigsaw” had yet to have a “breakdown” in the house.
Big Brother demanded that Sam and Nancy reveal the identities of the people behind their code names. They confirmed that “Jigsaw” was Jenny, the 20-year-old make-up artist from Derry. A shocked Jenny immediately responded, “So, you think I’m fake?”

After the revelation, Jenny decided to confront Sam and Nancy directly in the snug. The conversation quickly became heated.
“I am f**king fuming. I thought you were my friends. That’s what’s annoyed me even more. What the f**k’s the problem? I don’t get it,” Jenny said.

She also noted, “She has never been close to Elsa, and then as soon as she heard the crowd cheering for Elsa last night, she’s just like, hanging about with her, hugging her, and this and that, stuff that she hadn’t really done before.”

The confrontation left Jenny visibly upset, and she was later seen crying in the Diary Room. Sam also became emotional, admitting to another housemate that he felt responsible for the situation.
