The new series follows Danko Ichigeki, the daughter of the original hero Danpei Ichigeki. She wants to revive dodgeball in the modern Reiwa era, a time when the sport has lost its former popularity.
Manaka Nakayama voices the lead character Danko Ichigeki. Kaori Maeda plays her best friend Chinko Kobotoke. Other main cast members include:
