The race to save Josslyn Jacks is about to take a dangerous turn. On the Monday, June 15, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Valentin Cassadine will make a shocking offer that could cost him his freedom — and possibly his life.
While Carly Spencer is ready to call in the big guns and bring Sonny Corinthos into the loop, Valentin has a different idea. He tells Carly they won’t use Sonny. Instead, they will use him.
Valentin’s Dangerous Gamble
Carly (Laura Wright) is desperate. She now knows that Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is somewhere inside Wyndemere and is praying her daughter is still alive. With WSB agents crawling all over the property, Carly is ready to “break glass in case of emergency” and finally bring Sonny (Maurice Benard) in on everything.
But Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is firmly against that idea. He believes using Sonny would create more problems than it would solve. Instead, he makes a decision that shocks even Carly.
“You won’t use Sonny, you’ll use me,” Valentin tells her.
This is not an empty promise. According to spoilers, Valentin is prepared to call “Z” — whoever that mysterious contact may be — and accept the consequences. He could very well end up back in Steinmauer prison if his plan goes wrong. But he promised Carly he would rescue Josslyn, and he is not going to break that promise.
Carly Faces Cullum Alone
While Valentin prepares to put himself on the line, Carly finds herself in a terrifying situation. A preview clip for Monday’s episode shows her facing off with Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), the WSB agent running the secret project at Wyndemere.
Carly was talking tough in front of Valentin, but her face tells a different story when confronted by Cullum. The fear is real — and so is the danger. If Cullum suspects Carly knows too much, he will not hesitate to silence her.
Nina Grills ‘Nathan’ as Suspicion Grows
While the rescue mission takes shape, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is doing some investigating of her own. On Monday, Nina will put “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) under the microscope.
“Nathan” — whose real name is Cassius Faison — has been lying to everyone about who he is. Nina is growing increasingly suspicious of his story. If she keeps digging, she may uncover the truth that could blow the entire operation wide open.
Emma Panics, Michael Warns Willow
Elsewhere in Port Charles, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) panics when Gio Palmieri disappears from the Quartermaine boathouse. The two have grown close, and his sudden vanishing act leaves her fearing the worst.
Meanwhile, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) issues a stern warning to Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen). After Willow staged her fall into the lake and had Tracy Quartermaine arrested, Michael tells her that taking on Tracy could be a dangerous mistake.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) continues clashing with ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) over Tracy’s arrest. But with no evidence that Tracy actually pushed Willow, Chase may have just handed Justine the ammunition she needs to ruin his career.
Lulu Confesses, Gio Shares Excitement
On the lighter side of Monday’s episode, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) makes a confession. It is unclear whether this involves her complicated feelings for Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) or her growing connection to “Nathan.”
Gio shares his excitement with Emma, likely about something related to his music career. Their friendship remains one of the few bright spots in an otherwise dark week in Port Charles.
What Valentin’s Sacrifice Means for the Week Ahead
Valentin offering himself up on Monday sets the stage for a devastating week. Spoilers for Tuesday, June 16, indicate that Valentin will accept his fate. Whatever happens during the rescue attempt, he knows he may not walk away free.
Rocco Falconeri is also in for a shock later in the week. According to spoilers, Rocco makes a terrifying discovery. Given that Josslyn is still trapped somewhere on Wyndemere property, Rocco could stumble upon evidence of her captivity — or worse, walk right into Sidwell’s path.
Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) is not going down without a fight. After his arrest for the attempted murder of Lucas Jones (Van Hansis), Sidwell will demand that “Nathan” destroy any video evidence of his crimes. If “Nathan” refuses, Sidwell threatens to kill Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
