Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have announced they adopted a baby girl this summer. The couple shared their happy news on Instagram on August 21, 2025. They are now parents to their first child. Brown is 21 years old and Bongiovi is 23. The couple got married in May 2024. They have been together since 2021.
The baby is a girl. The couple did not share her name. They asked for privacy as they start their life as a family. They live on a farm in Georgia. Brown has many animals there. She has rescued over 230 dogs. At one point, she was fostering 23 dogs at the same time.

Brown discussed motherhood on the “Smartless” podcast in March 2025. She said Jake knew how important having a family was to her. But he wanted them to be married first. For local adoptions, it is about two years. Prospective parents must be adults in good health. They must pass police and working-with-children checks.
