Where to Watch Mushoku Tensei Season 3 Episode 1

International fans can watch Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 on Crunchyroll. The streaming platform has confirmed that new episodes will be available to stream as they air in Japan. Crunchyroll is also preparing English and Hindi dubs for the new season.

For the special premiere, Crunchyroll is expected to stream the first two episodes together, matching the Japanese broadcast schedule. This allows global audiences to experience the Eris Training Arc at the same time as viewers in Japan.

What to Expect From Episode 1: The Eris Training Arc

The first episode of Season 3 kicks off the Eris Training Arc, which focuses on the character who left Rudeus at the end of Season 1 to become stronger. The story follows Eris as she trains under the Sword God at the Sword Sanctum. This arc is a significant part of the light novel series and sets up major events for the season.

Ai Kakuma, the voice actress for Eris, expressed her excitement about returning to the role. At a preview screening event on June 20, 2026, she shared her feelings about the character’s comeback.

“I’m nervous. I never thought we would start with Eris. I have to show both the things that remain unchanged about Eris and her growth. I was nervous about meeting the new Eris.”

Kakuma also said she feels the weight of carrying the story after the dramatic events of Season 2 and called her return “filled with love that comes from being separated from Rudeus.” The preview event featured special guests including Haruka Tomatsu as Nina Farion and Yoko Hikasa as Isolde Cruel.

New Cast Members and Production Details

Season 3 introduces two new cast members to the series. Haruka Tomatsu will voice Nina Farion, a swordsman who shares a rivalry with Eris. Tetsu Inada will voice Gal Farion, the Sword God who trains Eris. These new characters will play important roles in the Eris Training Arc.

The production team for Season 3 remains largely the same as previous seasons. Ryosuke Shibuya returns as director, with Sanae Shimada and Ryota Furukawa handling character designs. Studio Bind continues to produce the animation.

Opening and Ending Theme Songs

Mushoku Tensei Season 3 features new theme songs performed by well-known artists. The opening theme is titled “Ketsui no Uta” by Yuiko Ohara. The ending theme is “Inori, Owareba” by Mika Nakashima. Nakashima is a popular actress and vocalist known internationally for her work in the live-action Nana films. Her casting for the ending theme has generated discussion among fans.

Story Setup for the New Season

Season 3 begins with Rudeus trying to build a peaceful life after the hardships of the previous season. He is now married to both Sylphiette and Roxy, and the story shows him adjusting to domestic life. However, this calm period does not last long, as new adventures and dangers await.

The first major arc takes Rudeus, Shizuka Nanahoshi, and their group to Perugius Dola’s floating fortress in search of rare magic knowledge. What they find instead is a crisis when one of their group falls to a deadly illness. This story follows the events of Volume 14 of the light novel series.
