The new office romance K-drama See You at Work Tomorrow! premiered on June 22, 2026, and has already captured viewers’ attention with its relatable workplace story. The series stars Seo In-guk and Park Ji-hyun as two polar opposites who find themselves drawn to each other despite their differences. The show is based on the popular webtoon Back to Work! by McQueen Studio and airs weekly on tvN and Amazon Prime Video.
The drama follows Cha Ji-yoon (Park Ji-hyun), a 7-year company veteran stuck in a career and romantic slump, and Kang Si-woo (Seo In-guk), a strict department manager known as the “Three No Man” for his no-smile, no-people, no-sorry attitude. Their relationship begins with clashes but slowly evolves into something more meaningful as they spend time together both inside and outside the office.
Main Cast and Character Breakdown
Seo In-guk as Kang Si-woo
Seo In-guk, known for his roles in Death’s Game and Doom at Your Service, plays the cold and disciplined team leader Kang Si-woo. Si-woo is a manager at Saeum Electronics who earned the nickname “Three No Man” because he never smiles, never socializes with people, and never apologizes. Employees engage in rumors about him and his team vanishing right after it gets disbanded, which is how he earned that reputation.
But when it comes to his work, Si-woo is highly capable. He is the man behind the legendary 100% task force project success rate at Saeum and became manager in just five years after two special promotions. Despite his cold exterior, Si-woo has a hidden warmth that begins to surface when he interacts with Ji-yoon. In episode 1, viewers see a more human side of Si-woo when he goes for drinks with Ji-yoon after work and opens up about his personal struggles.
The character is an emotionless workaholic who always came to work first and got off work last, but everything begins to change when he accidentally witnesses Cha Ji-yoon being ridiculously goofy. When he walks her home, he asks, “What are you doing tomorrow? If you’re free, let’s meet again,” leaving fans eager for more.
Park Ji-hyun as Cha Ji-yoon
Park Ji-hyun, who starred in You and Everything Else and Flex x Cop, portrays Cha Ji-yoon, a senior associate at Saeum Electronics who has given almost seven years to the company. The best way Ji-yoon introduced herself to Si-woo and viewers is that she is the “clock-in and clock-out fairy” at Saeum.
Ji-yoon is brilliant and competent, flawlessly handling every task at work. Her competence even spares her enough time to cover for her colleagues, but she never stays for another minute after her work hours. Her destination after work is, without fail, home, where she changes into her pajamas and enjoys fried chicken and cold beer.
Her personal life is no fun either. Ji-yoon faced a heartbreak from a man she was willing to marry, leaving her personal and professional life feeling boring and repetitive. She feels incredibly exhausted and wants to resign from her company, but her financial needs do not allow her to do so. Since there is nothing exciting in her life, Ji-yoon finds happiness simply by eating friend chicken and beer after clocking out. But when she starts working under Si-woo, Ji-yoon’s life changes, and the two eventually start liking each other.
Kang Mi-na as Yoon No-ah
Kang Mi-na plays Yoon No-ah, one of the main supporting characters and a 5-year veteran employee in the same department as Ji-yoon. No-ah recently ended a long-term relationship and is seeking a fresh start. She will soon encounter a new romantic interest through her hobbies, setting up a potential second romance storyline in the drama.
Choi Kyung-hoon as Cho Ga-eul
Choi Kyung-hoon portrays Cho Ga-eul, Ji-yoon’s first love who breaks up with her via text message just as she is about to propose to him in the premiere episode. Ga-eul is also an aspiring guitarist, and his presence in the K-drama is expected to create tensions in the upcoming episodes. He engages with other employees at the company and may want to rekindle his relationship with Ji-yoon, complicating her growing feelings for Si-woo.
Key Supporting Cast
Won Gyu-bin as Lee Jae-in
Won Gyu-bin plays Lee Jae-in, a younger member of the Saeum Electronics Digital Appliance (DA) Business Department who will make a connection with No-ah. His character is expected to be a source of fresh romance and youthful energy in the office setting.
Park Ye-young as Choi Su-jin
Park Ye-young plays Choi Su-jin, a design team lead who also happens to be Si-woo’s ex-wife. Her presence in the drama is likely to create tension and complicate Si-woo’s developing relationship with Ji-yoon.

The series features a robust supporting cast including:
- Yoo Sung-joo as Cha Yeong-muk (Ji-yoon’s father)
- Kim Jung-young as Han Woo-jin
- Kang Ki-doong as Jeon Ki-tae
- Lee Ji-hyun as Nam Hye-gyeong
