Spring Fever Story and Main Cast
Spring Fever is a romantic comedy that tells the story of Yoon Bom, played by actress Lee Joo-bin. After a difficult and painful experience in Seoul, Yoon Bom decides to leave the city behind. She moves to the quiet, rural town of Shinsu-eup and begins working as a teacher at the local high school. She arrives closed-off and distant, wanting only to be left alone, which makes her a subject of curiosity for the townspeople.
Her life begins to change when she meets Seon Jae-gyu, played by Ahn Bo-hyun. Jae-gyu is the CEO of an energy company but is also the warm and considerate uncle of one of Yoon Bom’s students. Described as a man with a rough exterior but a heart of gold, he is the complete opposite of Yoon Bom’s reserved nature. His straightforward and honest way of expressing himself gradually helps Yoon Bom open her heart again.
The show is described as “a springtime rom-com about a mysterious school teacher who has closed off her heart and quietly moved to a rural town, and an unpredictable man who charges into her life without brakes”.
The supporting cast includes Cha Seo-won as an elite lawyer named Choi Yi-joon, Cho Jun-young as Jae-gyu’s nephew Seon Han-gyeol, and Lee Jae-in as Han-gyeol’s rival, Choi Se-jin.
