Hulu is growing its reality TV family. The streaming service confirmed a new spinoff of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives on April 22, 2026. The new show moves the action from Utah to sunny Southern California.

The show is called The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County. It will follow a fresh group of young mothers who are also social media influencers. These women live in Orange County, a place known for beautiful beaches, big houses, and reality TV history. The announcement happened at Hulu’s Get Real House event in Los Angeles.

Some of the original show’s stars, including Miranda Hope, Layla Taylor, Mayci Neeley, and Jessi Draper, came on stage to share the news about the spinoff. The new series is set to arrive on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers sometime in 2026.

The spinoff brings together eight women. Many already have huge followings on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Others are newer to the social media game but ready to share their lives.

Aspyn Ovard

Aspyn Ovard has been sharing her life online for 15 years. She started making YouTube videos back in 2011 when she was still in high school. Over the years, she built more than 5 million followers across her social media pages.

Ovard married Parker Ferris when she was 19. The couple had three daughters together: Cove, Lola, and Ella. She surprised her fans in April 2024 when she filed for divorce on the same day she announced the birth of her third child. The couple later paused their divorce proceedings. Ovard told her followers she was stepping back from social media to focus on herself.

She has since moved to California. In March 2026, she confirmed she is dating Bri Davis, who is currently married to another man. Ovard grew up near the Mormon community in Utah but is not Mormon herself.

Bobbi Althoff

Bobbi Althoff became famous for her unique interview style. She started posting on TikTok in 2021, mostly sharing videos about her pregnancy and children. She then created The Really Good Podcast in 2023. Her interviews with Drake and Lil Yachty went viral because of her funny and awkward questioning style.

Althoff was married to Cory Althoff from January 2020 until February 2024. They have two daughters together. Since November 2024, she has been dating basketball player Tyler Hawkins. She told PEOPLE in March 2026 that things are going well with him. Her podcast is also set to return soon.

Avery Woods

Avery Woods worked as a pediatric nurse before becoming a full-time content creator. She started posting on social media while still in nursing school. She later chose to leave nursing to focus on building her online career.

Woods now hosts a podcast called CHEERS! with Avery Woods on Alex Cooper’s Unwell network. She has been married to her husband David since 2016. The couple share two children, Ziggy and Stevie, plus two older children from David’s past relationship. She moved from Arizona to California in April 2025.

McCall DaPron

McCall DaPron has a direct connection to the original series. She is the older sister of Mayci Neeley, who stars in the Utah version of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. The two sisters have posted many TikTok videos together showing their sisterly fights and fun moments.

DaPron describes herself as a “wife, mom x4, former D1 tennis player, sourdough baker” on her TikTok profile. She lives in Orange County with her husband Kirk and their four children. She is new to reality TV but already has a connection to the MomTok world.

Salomé Andrea

Salomé Andrea has been creating content since 2015. She has grown to more than 2 million followers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. She posts about health, fashion, and family life. Andrea married Aaron Brimhall in 2012. The couple has twin daughters named Luca and Rue.

Chandler Higginson

Chandler Higginson is newer to the social media space compared to her castmates. She works as an accounts receivable specialist at a wheel components company. Her online content mostly shows her spending time and traveling with her husband and three kids.

Ashleigh Pease

Ashleigh Pease was born in Australia but has lived in the United States for more than 10 years. She created a business called Get Fit for Kids in 2021. She is close friends with McCall DaPron. Pease is married to Nathan Pease and they have four children. She has only recently started sharing content on TikTok.

Madison Bontempo

Madison Bontempo, who also goes by Madison Fisher, is a popular content creator on the family YouTube channel The Fishfam. She shares videos with her husband Kyler Fisher and their five children: twin daughters Taytum and Oakley, daughter Halston, and sons Oliver and Cohen.

Each of her children has their own Instagram accounts with millions of followers. She also started a health food brand called Wittles. The family appeared in the 2025 ABC News Studios docuseries Born to Be Viral: The Real Lives of Kidfluencers.

What the Show Will Be About

The new series will bring together these women as they live in a religious community. Some want to protect their traditional way of life. Others want to accept change and create something new. The show promises to share secrets, broken friendships, and family drama.

The official description says the women will come together to build their own version of #MomTok, the nickname fans gave to the original Utah group. This move to Orange County follows the path of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County, which was the first show in that long-running reality TV series.

No Original Cast Members in the Spinoff

None of the stars from the Utah-based original series will appear in this Orange County show. Earlier reports in March 2026 had suggested that Jen Affleck might move to the spinoff. She was the only original cast member named in those early reports. But the final cast list released on April 22 did not include her or any other original stars.

The original series is also coming back. Production on Season 5 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives recently resumed after a pause. The filming stopped because of a domestic violence investigation involving Taylor Frankie Paul and her ex Dakota Mortensen. On April 14, 2026, the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office decided not to bring new charges against Paul. The show’s team has been supportive of her and wants her to return when she is ready.

When and Where to Watch

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County will stream on Hulu in the United States. People who have the Hulu on Disney+ bundle can also watch it there. The show is expected to arrive sometime in 2026. An exact premiere date has not been announced yet.

The show comes from Jeff Jenkins Productions in partnership with 3BMG and Walt Disney Television Alternative. The executive producers include Jeff Jenkins, Russell Jay-Staglik, Amanda Weinstein, and others.
