The ‘Spider-Man’ star expands his non-alcoholic beer brand with four fruit-forward flavors inspired by his partner.
Tom Holland is growing his non-alcoholic beer company BERO with a new line of drinks. The actor created the BERO Shandy collection especially for Zendaya, who does not drink beer. The limited-edition release includes four fruit-based flavors and arrives just as summer begins.
BERO Shandy Line Release Date and Details
The new shandy line officially launched for pre-sale on June 1, 2026. Club BERO members can buy the drinks first through the brand’s website. The full online release for everyone is scheduled for June 8, 2026. Then on June 14, 2026, Target stores across the United States will start selling the four flavors. More stores like Total Wine, Sprouts, and BevMo will get the drinks in July 2026.
Each BERO Shandy contains 30% BERO Kingston Golden Pils mixed with 70% lemonade and real fruit flavors. The drinks have no alcohol and fewer than 100 calories per can. A 12-pack costs $19.99.
The four flavors in the collection are:
- Daybreak Shandy: Lemon Lime
- Golden Hour Shandy: Grapefruit
- Sunset Shandy: Elderflower
- Midnight Shandy: Blackberry Yuzu
Why Tom Holland Made These Drinks for Zendaya
Holland said the new drink line came from a simple reason. Zendaya does not enjoy regular beer.
“To be honest, I created the BERO Shandy for Z. She’s never been a beer drinker, so I wanted to bring something new to the table that she could enjoy.”
The actor also shared that his mother helped inspire the idea. Holland then worked to make drinks that Zendaya would actually like.
Holland admitted that Zendaya already claimed one flavor as her own. The grapefruit variety is off-limits for him at their home. The lemon lime flavor is his personal favorite. The blackberry yuzu took time to grow on him, but he now enjoys it. The elderflower flavor reminds him of his grandmother.
BERO CEO John Herman explained the thinking behind the new products.
“We have heard from our community that they love our beer styles but this shandy represents an opportunity to introduce our brand to new and different consumers. Still brewed with premium non-alcoholic beer as its foundation but layering on incredible fruit flavors that make this the perfect summertime beverage.”
BERO’s Journey Since October 2024 Launch
Holland first launched BERO in October 2024. He started the brand after he stopped drinking alcohol. His sobriety journey began when he tried Dry January in 2022 and decided to keep going.
Since launching, BERO has grown quickly. The brand now sells at major retailers including Walmart, Kroger, and Publix. In May 2026, BERO also became available at more than 450 Nando’s restaurants across the United Kingdom.
The brand also focuses on live events. On April 29, 2026, BERO held the second annual BERO Padel Classic in Los Angeles. Celebrities like Simu Liu, Steve Aoki, Rainn Wilson, and Diplo attended the event. Zendaya also showed up wearing a vintage dress that revealed a small “T” tattoo, which fans believe is a tribute to Holland. Holland has a matching “Z” tattoo.

Both actors have busy schedules coming up. Holland will appear in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming movie The Odyssey. He will also return as Peter Parker in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Zendaya will star in both films as well.
The release of the BERO Shandy line happened right after the ‘Euphoria’ series finale on May 31, 2026. Zendaya stars as Rue Bennett on the HBO show. Reports also suggest the couple got engaged in late 2024.
The BERO Shandy drinks are available for pre-sale now. The full public release happens on June 8, 2026.
