Competition Ahead
Welcome to the Jungle now faces its biggest test as it enters the second week. The release of YRF’s action thriller Alpha, starring Alia Bhatt, Bobby Deol, and Sharvari, is expected to impact the film’s screen count and collections. Industry estimates suggest the film may see a sharper drop on its second Friday as the new release captures a significant share of screens, particularly in multiplexes.
The film will also need to hold well against Dhamaal 4 in the third week. However, with the weekend boost, the movie is expected to cross the Rs 100 crore net mark in India during its second weekend.
