The Green Day Members (Playing Themselves)

In a major draw for music fans, the legendary punk rockers appear as themselves.

  • Billie Joe Armstrong (Vocals/Guitar)
  • Mike Dirnt (Bass)
  • Trรฉ Cool (Drums)

In the trailer, the trio is seen at a bar where the Analog Dogs awkwardly approach them. Armstrong hilariously mispronounces the band’s name as “Anal O.G. Dogs,” while Cool jokes about them including their phone number on the demo tape. The band also serves as producers on the project. Armstrong told The Hollywood Reporter that he always wanted to do a Green Day film like A Hard Day’s Night or Rock ‘n’ Roll High School.
