Story Progression and What to Expect
Adventure Time: Side Quests takes the series back to its roots. The official description states that the series follows the early days of Finn the Human and Jake the Dog’s brotherly bond as they embark on epic quests together and spend time with familiar faces along the way.
This series is a prequel, set in the early timeline of the Adventure Time universe. It focuses on Finn’s childhood before the events of the original show. The series aims to capture the spirit of the original show’s early seasons, featuring standalone stories rather than complex, ongoing serialized plots.
