Tracy Tutor is officially trading luxury homes for diamonds. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star confirmed she is joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 16. The 51-year-old real estate broker made the announcement on Instagram on August 19, 2026, sending fans into a frenzy.
Tutor is no stranger to Bravo. She became the first female cast member on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles when she joined in Season 10 back in 2017. She stayed on the show through Season 15, which wrapped in September 2024. Now she is bringing her real estate expertise and strong personality to the RHOBH franchise.
Who is Tracy Tutor? A Look at Her Background
Tracy Tutor was born on August 11, 1975, in Hidden Hills, California. She grew up in a gated community about an hour northwest of downtown Los Angeles. Her father, Ronald Tutor, is the CEO of Tutor Perini, one of the country’s largest building contractors. Her mother is Cheryl Osterkamp.
Tracy attended the University of Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts in 1997. She initially wanted to pursue acting and singing. She appeared in the films “Exposé” (1997) and “No Vacancy” (1999).
“I wanted to act, to sing, and be on Broadway. Real estate was truly the furthest thing from my mind,” she told Business Insider. “I was auditioning all the time and losing every role.”
In her twenties, she worked at her father’s company in human resources but “hated every waking moment” of it. A friend encouraged her to take the real estate exam at age 26. She joined the firm Dalton, Brown, and Long and eventually built a successful career.
Tracy Tutor’s Net Worth: How Much is She Worth?
Tracy Tutor has an estimated net worth of $50 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. Some sources have reported her net worth as $20 million. The higher estimate likely reflects her total assets and business ventures.
Tutor is a top agent at Douglas Elliman in Beverly Hills. She has sold hundreds of millions of dollars in residential real estate over the years. Her website says she has helped with sales of more than $400 million in branded real estate.
Her client list includes Hollywood stars like Janet Jackson, Channing Tatum, Jenna Dewan, and Edward Norton. She has expanded her business into Texas with offices in Dallas and Austin.
Beyond real estate, Tracy is a bestselling author. Her book “Fear Is Just a Four-Letter Word: How to Develop the Unstoppable Confidence to Own Any Room” became a Wall Street Journal bestseller in 2020. She also co-founded UN’SWEET, a zero-sugar wine brand.
Tracy Tutor Joins RHOBH Season 16
Tracy Tutor confirmed her casting on Instagram on August 19, 2026. She posted what appeared to be her official cast photo alongside a caption that got fans talking.
“Well… the secret’s officially out. I’m joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and I could not be more excited for this next chapter. Beverly Hills is home. I’ve raised my girls here, built my career here, and now apparently I’ve decided to let you all even further into my life. Excited? Very. Nervous? A little. Likely to get into some trouble? Absolutely. So what’s left to say but, Let’s fucking go.”
Season 16 of RHOBH is already in production. The season is expected to release in late 2026 or early 2027. Returning cast members include Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Bozoma Saint John, and Rachel Zoe. Tracy Tutor joins as a new addition following Amanda Frances’ exit.
Tracy Tutor’s Existing Drama with Dorit Kemsley
Tracy Tutor already has history with RHOBH cast member Dorit Kemsley. The two have been feuding publicly.
During a March 2025 appearance on Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live, Tracy claimed Dorit “doesn’t pay her bills” and owes money to several people. She specifically mentioned a hairstylist they once shared.
“I’m fairly certain, based on my knowledge, there’s several people that haven’t been paid by [Dorit], including my stylist,” Tutor alleged.
Dorit responded while guest-starring on Watch What Happens Live later that month.
“It’s hysterical. That’s the funniest thing I’ve ever heard, genuinely,” Dorit said.
Tracy also has connections to other RHOBH cast members. She is friends with Kyle Richards’ estranged husband Mauricio Umansky through their shared work in real estate. In 2023, she appeared on Watch What Happens Live and said she knows many of the women on the show.
“I know a lot of the women on the show, and I love them all… not equally,” she told Andy Cohen.
