The battle for the Holfort Kingdom reaches its breaking point in Episode 9 of Trapped in a Dating Sim: The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs Season 2. After weeks of political tension and growing threats, the show moves into total warfare. Olivia finally unlocks her hidden power as the true Saint, and Leon makes some serious choices on the battlefield. The Kingdom Fights Back Against the Principality
Episode 9 starts with the Holfort Kingdom launching a full counterattack against the Principality. Armed forces take their positions as the long building battle finally begins. A powerful guardian creature moves close to the capital, putting extra pressure on Leon and his team.
Leon has to make a tough call. He splits his forces to handle two battlefields at the same time. He sends Luxion to deal with the guardian while he stays in charge of the rest of the fight. This choice leads to one of the most exciting parts of the episode.
Luxion’s Solo Fight Steals the Show
Luxion’s battle with the guardian is a major highlight. The AI uses every weapon it has to fight the huge enemy all alone under the sea. This fight shows how much Luxion has grown as Leon’s loyal helper.
During the fight, Luxion also learns about another AI called Cleare. This character was mentioned in the previous episode but never fully explained. Her appearance shows just how advanced the technology is in Leon’s world.
Leon Stops Holding Back
Back on the ground, Leon makes a big change in how he fights. He stops being careful around soldiers of the Principality and starts carrying out fast, ruthless operations. This change shows that Leon now understands that hesitation can cost lives.
At the same time, Julius reveals himself as the knight hidden behind the mask. He is Leon’s sister’s guardian and protector. This identity used to belong to his father, making the reveal both funny and a little horrifying.
Olivia Awakens as the True Saint
The emotional heart of Episode 9 comes when Olivia takes part in the battle herself. In the middle of the fighting, she hears the cries of pain and desperation from all sides. This pushes her to use a power she has never shown before.
Olivia unlocks her full power as the Saint. She uses it to destroy the guardian and calm the raging war. Everyone is left speechless by what they see. By the end of the episode, Olivia stands as the protagonist who has the power to end the war.

The Holfort forces were on the edge of defeat due to the enemy’s strong attack. Leon made the call to bring Olivia right into the war zone. His goal was to awaken her true power and change the course of the battle. And it worked. Olivia released her full power, destroying the enemy’s control and giving hope to the Holfort troops.
Humor Still Finds Its Way In
Even with all the serious fighting, Episode 9 does not forget its comedic roots. Prince Julius and the other “idiots” show up on the battlefield with their usual silly behavior. Their presence adds some funny moments in the middle of all the tension.
