Demi Moore portrays Cami Miller, the owner of M-Tex following her husband Monty’s death. In a critical boardroom scene, Tommy warns Cami that their potential new investor, Gallino, is a drug cartel leader. Cami, determined to save her husband’s legacy at any cost, dismisses Tommy’s concerns and moves forward with the deal. Andy Garcia is a standout addition as Danny “Gallino” Morrell, the head of a drug cartel posing as a legitimate investor. Paulina Chávez plays Ariana Medina, a young widow and Cooper’s love interest. She tells Cooper she is ready to move their relationship forward but, as a Catholic, wants a proper path to marriage. She sends him to Corpus Christi to ask her father for permission, which she later reveals was a test of his commitment. Chávez is known for Fate: The Winx Saga.
Gabriel “G-Rod” Rodriguez appears as Carlos Barrera, Ariana’s father. When Cooper arrives at his home, Carlos states that his daughter makes her own decisions and that the visit itself was the test. He then warns Cooper never to lay a hand on Ariana.
A new neighbor also makes an impression. Audrey McGraw (daughter of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill) plays Shelby. She meets T.L. by the pool and is immediately charmed by his iconic voice, noting he sounds “like the movie trailer guy”.
